Slowly but surely the pounds are melting off. After the 2 day hump, paleo has been a bit easier. I’ve allowed myself one cheat carb meal a week and a full out cheat day once every 3-4 weeks to eliminate cravings and to put my body into shock. So far it’s working and I can’t wait to keep dropping until Halloween, my birthday, and Christmas. Let’s do this!

So I’ve decided that going back on paleo like how I did earlier this year would be the best choice in helping towards fat and weight loss. While strictly cutting out carbs doesn’t work as well for others, I feel like my body reacts to eating any type of whole grain is a way to bulk and the scale hardly tips at all no matter how hard I work out, and I can honestly physically feel it. I guess it’s time to stock up on protein and veggies and go hard for another 3 months!
